Auction Terms & Conditions

By registering and placing a bid, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All Sales Are Final

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees unless otherwise stated.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be accepted after a bid is placed or an auction has ended.

Buyer Premium

A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final winning bid to determine the total purchase price.

Example:

Winning Bid: $100.00
15% Buyer's Premium: $15.00
Total Before Taxes & Fees: $115.00

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

Item Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. However, descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items before bidding and determine condition, quality, completeness, dimensions, and suitability for their intended use.

Payment

Payment is due immediately following the close of the auction unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods will be listed on the auction website.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of bidding privileges, and other actions deemed necessary.

Item Pickup

Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their purchases during the scheduled pickup times.

Items not picked up within the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Storage fees may apply to late pickups.

Bid Responsibility

Each bid is a binding legal agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.

Bids cannot be withdrawn once submitted except as required by applicable law or at the auctioneer's sole discretion.

Auction Changes

We reserve the right to:

Add or remove items.
Cancel or postpone any auction.
Reject any bid.
Resolve bidding disputes.
Correct catalog errors.
Refuse service or bidding privileges to anyone.
Internet & Technical Issues

We are not responsible for interruptions in internet service, software issues, device failures, or other technical problems that may affect bidding.
